Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition with all original packaging intact. To start a return, contact us through our website with your order number and the reason for your return.
Personalized Items
Items that have been personalized or customized — including journals with engraved or monogrammed initials — are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. The only exception is a manufacturing defect: if your personalized item arrived damaged or was made incorrectly, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Modest Goods is not responsible for packages lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — you won't need to ship anything back.
